Method of delivery
We post all items using First Class Royal Mail. Orders to Europe (EU) are sent using Airmail.

When can I expect my orders to arrive?
All products in stock will be despatched within 2 working days to UK addresses. Overseas orders and items which are not in stock will take longer. Out of stock backing tracks can take up to 28 days for delivery. There is sometimes an indication of delivery time against the product e.g. 'Available 4-5 working days from date ordered'.
Lost packages
Although packages are sent First Class Royal Mail on rare occasions one might get lost in transit.
If you think this has happened to you please allow 10 days for the package to arrive from the date of despatch. If the goods still have not arrived, please contact your local post office to check that no goods are being held. In the unlikely event that the package is not being held, please contact Praise-Him and we will be happy to send a replacement.
Can I track my order?
You can track your order online by logging on to 'my account'. This will tell you the stage your order is at and once despatched it will show the date the package was posted.
Returns policy
If you need to return your goods please follow our 3 Point Returns Policy:
- Any product can be returned unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, excluding any p&p. Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
- You will be fully refunded, including return of postage costs for a product which is damaged or faulty.
- The returned product must be received by our returns department and have been sent to us within 30 days of receipt in it's original packaging (or equivalent), at the address shown below:
